Very surprising that this is not A* considering the rigorous review process, high quality papers published and low accpetance ratio. Postgraduate students would definitely benefit from attending but getting a paper accepted may be quite challenging.

A high quality conference with very low acceptance rate. Great PC and rigorous peer review. It deserves an A*.
