Could you please re-review this conference. It seems like main comment was there is another version called CHPC and it was ranked as C, so you decided to make HiPC as C, even though it was ranked A 2008, 2010, 2013, 2014. Could you please point out CHPC conference, I couldn't find in your records? (my emailL umit@gatech.edu) I am Program Chair for HiPC 2017 (http://www.cc.gatech.edu/~umit/ ) and as you would guess I am not please with this sudden change of ranking without a proper justification (having another similar named conference with bad ranking is not a proper justification). Yes this conference is always in India, but always has a very strong Program Committee Chairs and track chairs, and very strong Program Committee and reasonably low acceptance rate.
