This is the worst conference I have ever seen! They changed the notification date 4 times!!! and finally they sent the notification 2 days after the last updated notification date!!! but the main problem was the reviews!!!! very very low quality reviews, the reviewers did not even bother themselves to read the paper!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! I will not ever submit my paper to this conference, the TPC members were completely unorganized and irresponsible.
