For a conference that accepts papers at a 50% rate (according to recent PC chair introductions), a B is probably the right score.

As currently the best conference in acoustics and speech processing, it's weird to see a "B" for ICASSP, but an "A" for INTERSPEECH. They are like ICRA and IROS in the robotics area, although affected by some low-quality CV/NLP papers, it does not hinder their position in the top conferences in a certain field.
