ICCV is ranked A* and CVPR is ranked A. I do not think it makes any sense here. In our computer vision area, CVPR is the best conference. ICCV comes second.

I absolutely agree. CVPR, ECCV and ICCV, all three should be ranked A*. CVPR 2017 had 5000 attendees. Further, it is ranked # 1, as per Google Scholar metrics, as per h5 index, better than any other conference.
