Long tradition conference at the crossings of IEEE Computer and Communications societies. Excellent venue, bringing together estimated experts in the two areas and running a rich program with satellite workshops and interesting keynotes and plenary sessions. Technical quality is confirmed also by the acceptance rates.

ISCC is a premium conference and selects very high quality papers in diverse state-of-the-art research areas of Computer Science and Communications. Very nice conference. I have never been on its Program Committee, thus you can consider me as super partes.
They were quite welcoming, accepted the best papers I sent, and attracted enough audience to let me network with interesting people and attract quite a number of citations to my works.

This is an outstanding conference. I attended in the past. I would attend in the coming years.
