Excellent conference on theoretical aspects of evolutionary computation sponsored by ACM SIGEVO. The conference is rather small but presents the latest strong result on theory of evolutionary computation. FOGA is similar to a Dagstuhl meeting and has plenty of room for discussions. Published papers are traditionally of very high quality and longer than traditional conference papers.
