My comment concerns not only the ICCCI Conference as such (a very good one, and improving each year) but particularly the TOPIC chosen. My experience (since 1971!) has learned that FUTURE topics are to be welcomed. That was the history of AI (I was one of the pioneers): in the beginning, NOT considered much in the Computing communities. ICCCI will be the same: it will grow because the subject "collective" is a key issue, a revolutionary one in the next years.
