Data for this journal was provided as a comparator in relation to an
rerank request for IEEE Transaction on Knowledge and Data
Engineering. The data was reviewed, however due to lack of clarity as
to what constitutes various ranks for journals, it was decided to make
NO changes to ERA 2010 in 2015. Data collected is stored but no
commitment has been made regarding whether the data supports the
current rank.
