This journal is an important venue in its own right and also publishes the proceedings of several of the major computer graphics conferences, all of which are strongly peer-reviewed, and which include Eurographics, one of the top three graphics conferences in the world (the other two are SIGGRAPH and SIGGRAPH Asia). To rank this as a "B" is a sad indictment of the CORE database.

This should be an A, possibly shading towards A*.

As highlighted above it is bordering on insulting to rank this journal as B. The mere fact that Eurographics (top conference in graphics) proceedings are published here should be considered enough.

I second the comments above. I would definitely rank it A (though clearly not A*).

CGF needs to be considered as A ranked journal.
