KAIS (Knowledge and Information Systems) is rated as one of the most leading journals in Data mining field, indicated via http://www.cs.uvm.edu/~icdm/, where we can easily find all other journals in the same list encode a rank A rating.

Its a top-ranked journal from every aspect. All strong researchers have papers in this journal and would particularly highlight a publication here. Its associate editors contains some of the top names in Machine learning and Data Mining. How on earth is this not an A*? P.S.: This journal shouldn't be listed in Business and Management. Rather ML and DM.
